      I placed an order through riggingwerx.com on 11/21/2022 and paid $276.41 via debit card. As of today, 2/17/2023, I have not received the order nor any communication regarding order status. I attempted to contact Rigging Werx for an update on the order via email on 1/3/2023 and again on 1/11/2023 and have not received a reply. I have also called the business a total of 11 times between 12/30/2022 and 2/16/2023; no one ever answered the phone. I left voicemails when possible, but on the majority of occassions the voicemail box was full and would not accept messages. I messaged Rigging Werx through their ******** page on 2/1/2023 and have not received a response there either. The order number is RigWerx-****; when checking order status through their website the order is shown to be "awaiting fulfillment". All of the items where indicated to be in stock on the website when the order was placed. I would like to note that I have done business with Rigging Werx several times in the past and have had a positive experience on those occassions. My preferred resolution would be delivery of the order; if that is not possible I will need to be refunded. A copy of the receipt is attached.
