    This complaint involves two invoices from Maintenance Chef. Each one associated with a different service that Maintenance Chef attempted to perform for Country Thai 99 INC. ******************************************* ********* 80231.The first invoice (******) is for their attempt to resolve a problem with our grease catch.The second invoice (******) is for an exhaust vent (hood) cleaning.I have included a timeline to illustrate how things played out, and Maintenance Chefs attempt at retaliation. You will see a small number next to each event on the timeline. These numbers corollate to a document I will include with this complaint.We have no intention of paying any portion of either of these invoices as I think the evidence speaks for itself.Best regards ******************************* Operations Manager

    We have researched your complaint and provided our rebuttal and proof showing that these invoices are legitimate charges.  It was discussed with you prior to signing the contract that this neglected exhaust hood would need several cleanings in order to look presentable.  Please remit payment for these invoices.

    Okay ******* We will pay in full for the hood cleaning.

    You know, when the customer agrees that it will take a few cleanings to get to where you want to be that does not give your guys card ******* to just show up and just throw a sticker on the hood. There was no scraping done in the vertical chimney, and no photos of it from your guys either. We honestly thought that maybe they had not shown up. If you really do have 21 man hours into that cleaning I would suggest that your cleaning crew is getting one over on you. Highest price ever paid -  did not include backsplash - and showed the least amount of improvement from prior to the cleaning. That's where we ended up with Maintenance Chef Hood Cleaning - Bottom of the barrel sir, I just don't know what else to say. Obviously we were all very disappointed with the result. 

    Now, your HVAC / Refrigeration Tech's are great. Totally different story. That's why I reached out out the phone about that side of Maintenance Chef. We have a great PM service agreement signed sealed and delivered. And I know your maintenance technicians know their stuff. So I'm bummed we will not be following through on that part of what your company offers.

    Anyway, can you throw us a bone and wave the grease trap invoice? Or at least mail us the one that we are being charged for?

    I'll get the Hood Cleaning paid now.
