      Absolutely horrific experience! This place scammed me and I am completely disgusted. I ordered flowers for a friends 30th birthday. I went with a big package since my friend was going through tough times. I went with a $100 bright and cheerful bouquet and added on several additions, including a happy birthday balloon, chocolates, and a teddy ***** My friend received a tiny flower arrangement consisting of mostly greenery and leftover Valentines Day flowers. She also received an I love you balloon and did not receive any chocolates. The bouquet she received was smaller than what I could have gotten at Publix or ****** for $20. When I called the shop to discuss, I never received an apology. They also refused to refund me or reimburse me for anything. The best they could do is offer a store credit for a flower shop in ******, ** when I live in *******, **. I was shocked they couldnt even offer a sincere apology. They ended up agreeing to deliver the correct flowers on the subsequent business day. They delivered another arrangement, still completely different from the photo and definitely not a $100 flower arrangement. I will NEVER use this shop again and encourage everyone to steer far, far away from this shop. When I show the pictures to my friends they are horrified and shocked. I was scammed out of nearly $200. That is a large chunk of money to be treated so poorly by Lehrers flowers. Not even an apology.
