      In store sale pitch assured significant improvements in leg/feet structure/makeup. Followed recommendations for four weeks using 3 levels of arch supports for total of $1700+ cost. No changes or improvements. Contacted store sales person asked for a refund.... no go...."medical items not qualified". Further recommendation that they would adjust the items. No confidence that any change would be productive. Filed dispute with CC charges.BEWARE - check other reviews before buying.

      Dishonest Rip Off - Hard Sell Staff has no qualifications in foot health, ridiculous $1500+ set of generic $19.95 ********* arch supports. Should have read thousands of 1-Star reviews and web info on deceptive ad practices law suit. Stay Away!

I understand that youve expressed concerns about the value of the product and the experience with our staff.

      I also noticed that you left this review without first contacting our customer service team. We would always prefer to resolve any issues or misunderstandings directly with our team before they escalate. Our customer service team is available to assist and clarify any concerns you may have regarding your purchase. If you would like, I can personally assist you with your concerns moving forward.

      In regard to your complaint about the arch supports, Id like to clarify that our products are designed with specific foot health benefits, which is why we provide a thorough consultation to each customer. We understand that everyones feet are different, and we aim to offer solutions that can provide relief for a range of issues.

      Scam! Went in to see what they had to offer. After high pressure sales and not being impressed with the cost of one size fits all plastic inserts, I was given a PROMISE of a full refund by the manager. These things did nothing for my issues so went went back for my refund. The manager then lied and said he never offered a refund. Another manger called me and told me that "he doesn't have authority to offer that" and denied my refund. My Dad, a senior, fell for the scam. Reported this to BBB and the company did nothing to make it right. So before spending a GROSS amount of money for cheap plastic inserts, think about using the money for custom inserts made for your feet.

      I dont know how this place is still in business. This is a complete scam! Do not even walk into the store or any of these stores for that matter. They sell everybody the exact same way they have you walk on this piece of paper and then they start throwing the same little stupid sales pitch by having you stand up and they push your down and then they show how their inserts work but they dont work they dont work at all. In fact they hurt And theyre definitely not a medical company. $1700 without a return policy. Are you guys crazy? How does the Better Business Bureau even allow this to happen. This is a warning to everyone do not walk into this company. Do not do not go to this company. This is the biggest scam ever , they wont return even after one day after one hour after one minute they wont return. Its the stupidest thing Ive ever heard in my life. The sales pitch is a lie. The company is a lie theyre not medical you cant treat every single person the same and say its medical , the owners of this company should shut them all down and go to jail for stealing $1700 for three dollars worth of plastic. This is a crime beyond crimes and Im getting an attorney. This is a scam. This is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. Im ready lets *** the dollars out of these people. whatever you do, ******* do not walk into the store or any store that says good feet on it.
