      Elite roofing was there for me in my time of need. We were under contract to sell our ************ home, with the closing scheduled. With 2 weeks to go till closing, we had 2 hail events in 2 consecutive days.While we had already moved cross country, I was at the house packing the last of our belongings during g these events. I contacted **** at Elite and asked him to take a look at my roof. He was there the next day.**** worked with my insurance company and the new owners to ensure everyone was happy with the schedule and materials.Elite took care of everything, the entire process was seemless! The roof and gutters were replaced before any of my neighbors roofs were completed.I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Solar.

      Transaction was easy and ******* was patient and informative. Good value for a top quality roof. Crew was very good, going above and beyond. I appreciated the diligent way they ensured that my roof was installed as well as possible. They were very careful to not damage any of our landscaping and the crew cleaned up afterwards. I will only buy my future roofs from Elite.

      Elite roofing did a great job despite the ineptitude of the inspection service of the *****************. The inspector had little or no communication with the contractor during the entire process. When a scheduled time was arranged, he showed up too early for the mid inspection not allowing any chance for the work crew to remove old shingles and even start on the replacement roofing. The second time the inspection ladder was not in place. I offered to put ladder up but inspector declined. The ***************** has a 8:00 am noise ordinance so no noisy work can start before then. It took an exact week to complete my roof. In 2018 the job took 1 day for work then waiting for final. The ***************** was very slow and non- communicative during the entire process. Elite was very good at keeping me informed and saw to every request on the project. I would recommend this company to everyone.

      We initially had challenges working with them through our home warranty company. It took them over a week to figure out how to accept my warranty authorization for work. Then when they showed up to do the repair it didnt even stop the leak! So all the time wasted and new damage to my exterior for nothing. They came out a second time and inserted what appeared to be 2 full caulking tubes to patch a hole. They attempted to add kick out flashing which didnt do anything to resolve the water entry. I spoke to the owner and she was extremely nice and supportive about the situation. Perhaps my experience was atypical. But, there was definitely a disconnect between what their office thought their workers were doing vs what they actually did to the house. Another contractor was eventually hired to properly finish the job and stop the leak.
