    Do not hire this company, roofing job was good, not happy with the customer service at all.

    We contacted Formula Roofing following an evaluation of contractors on BBB. We have been thoroughly satisfied with the attention to detail, communication, professionalism, daily housekeeping etc - the whole process has felt comfortable with us having confidence in the work being done. This level of professionalism was noted by neighbours who contacted Formula about potential work. Formula managed all communications with the insurance company, and were basically the general contractor for new roof installation, house painting, and for installation of solar tiles through a company agreement with GAF. The solar approvals took longer than expected due to the system being unfamiliar with *********** engineering, but both companies kept on top of the whole process. We couldn't be more pleased.
