After years of dealing with a stubborn roof leak and an unhelpful previous contractor, I finally found Sol Vista Roofing—and what a difference! I had the pleasure of working with Carmen, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She conducted a thorough inspection, identified the source of the leak, and pointed out a few other areas that needed attention to help prevent future issues.
Carmen took lots of detailed photos to clearly show us the problems and then put together a well-organized proposal with visuals that made everything easy to understand. The repair crew arrived on time and completed all the work exactly as outlined. Carmen also stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even sent us photos after the repair was done, showing what had been fixed—which was very helpful and reassuring.
Since it hasn’t rained yet, we haven’t had a chance to see the results firsthand, but we’ll be monitoring closely. So far, everything about the experience has been top-notch. I really appreciate Carmen’s professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Highly recommend Sol Vista Roofing!

For several reasons we needed a quality roofing company that could complete a roof replacement as soon as possible. My insurance agent recommended Sol Vista Roofing and owner ***********************. **** took the time to answer all of our questions and did not use a hard sell approach to choose them over other roofing companies. They exceeded our expectations with respect to the scheduling and quality workmanship of the project. We even received numerous compliments from our neighbors on the appearance of the new roof. Sol Vista also did an excellent job with working with the insurance adjuster to resolve all issues during the claims process. From start to finish ******* and the crew were amazing. They communicated with me every step of the way,did everything as promised and didn't ask for the payment until I was completely satisfied. We had two skylights to be replaced as well as our roof the color of shingle options to choose from was pretty good. The one skylight was off by one inch instead of forcing it to fit and making it work they went out and got another one for an exact fit. That was impressive and I totally respect them for that. Our old skylights would leak if we had a heavy rain ******* assured me they wouldn't leak and he was right now I can sleep knowing I don't have to get up to a water leak. If you want a professional honest trustworthy company go with Sol Vista roofing you won't be disappointed in fact my neighbor liked our roof and the fact they did it all in one day he had them do his roof as well. When they were finished with our roof they cleaned up the entire yard and driveway and made sure it was spotless and not one nail or anything was left behind. A pesky raccoon clawed a hole into ********** roof. Winter was coming. So I called the folks at Sol Vista Roofing, and when it was all said and I done I couldnt be happier. The communication throughout the process was excellent. **** was the repair technician. He showed up on time, was professional and polite. Most importantly the workmanship was great. You cant tell the the roof has been repaired. **** cleaned everything up and left the yard debris free. I am happy to give a whole hearted recommendation to *** Vista.
