    We dropped our ** off on August 1st for hail repair. After dozens of calls and followup, we finally were able to pick up on January 25th with a promise that they would call when our fan was in. Upon picking up, we realized that the leak in the fan had not been fixed (we were told twice there was no leak) and black mold had grown in the camper. We had to pay 6k to have it fixed. ***** refuses to reimburse for his mistake. We noticed upon getting the camper home that instead of replacing the panels, hood etc., he had simply done dent repair (poorly) and painted over (also poorly). We contacted the owner and he told us that we could bring the ** back to him to fix but he would not be replacing the panels, hood, etc. as he was hired to do. He admitted he did not look at the order and did not check the work the employees had done before telling us we could pick up the **. He also told us he was "very busy" and it would be a while before he could fix it so we needed to leave with him for an undetermined amount of time. As of this review on March 5, we still have no fan or time frame for the fan. Paint is missing from the hood in two spots, we have paint already chipping off the wheel *****, and clear coat is everywhere. We paid this company 12k of insurance money and none of the services we hired him for were done. We are now out an additional 6k for the cost of fixing just one of his mistakes and we need to still have the van repainted again because he did such a poor job. Do not recommend unless you have an extra 30k to spare and would like to participate in insurance fraud.
