    Terribly run *********** Texas satellite office! Was there a year this month before being let go for a supposed "EMTALA" violation. However i would say our training was subpar if any occured, we had a recorded 2 hour "seminar" in which one guy spoke about what EMTALA meant but we did not go over extensively the types of situations we would be put in when dealing with a hospital environment. If they truly want good security they must be well trained and not just hire people off the street. Not to mention, i was a very good officer as was others who have been let go because the supervisors ********* and ********************* are not doing their jobs running a well trained force. Rumors have it that Methodist healthcare will be going in-house with their security, if thats true then they will have to look for another job as well, i guess thats how karma works! I do not appreciate it when a company simply thinks they can just replace you if they dont want to take the fall for poor management style. You cannot run a successful business with that kind of mindset. I wanted to pursue legal action but decided it wasnt worth my time.

    My husband has many years of experience in security. He was hoping to make a step forward in his career and was offered a job. After the offer letter was sent and he completed a good amount of paperwork disclosing his personal information that we all must steer from providing like (background check, social security, pertinent information that is personal!) they sent him an email saying he no longer qualifies for the job! He has submitted so much information that it is private to wake up the next day and it wasnt to their standards! This company is robbing people and making them think they have a new job! My husband almost gave his notice at work based off of the FALSE information provided! This is a disgrace of a company! There are people that need jobs so what does it take to stop a company like this????! Just food for thought! What is the BBB FOR IF WE DONT ENFORCE THE INTEGRITY OF BUSINESSES BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THIER ACTIONS!!! HOLD THESE COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE! If you want to see more look into thier reviews elsewhere! Sometimes people dont know you exist to address issues! Thanks in advance for everyone trying!

    The people they have working in their HR department discriminate against Veterans. I retired from the ****************** in 2022, I served with the ** Army for 6 years during the Cold War, after my contract was over I worked for a ******************** as a patrol officer, and a couple of years ago I worked as a Security Officer with my DPSST certification. I recently applied for a security officer position with HSS Security at the same hospital I worked before, however I was informed that I did not get the one of many positions due to other candidates. After reviewing the company and the hospital, I found out that many positions are still available so the company has advertised with local sites of on going hiring. My supervisor from the security position works for HSS along with many previous coworkers. I have been lied to and discriminated against for some unknown reason. I have reached out to HSS for clarification, sadly without any response. The same HR representative (S.A) has black listed me and continues to use discrimination as a tool to avoid me and reject my applications. Very unprofessional behavior.
