    Very disappointed in this company. I dont even want to give them a star. We had 3 cameras and a doorbell camera installed last year. They are hardwired but every time there is high wind or a power outage, the cameras go offline and it is not possible for us to get them back online. We have spent hours this past year on hold with this company trying to find someone that can direct us to reconnect cameras. They had to send a tec one time and, although we were paying $15/month for service/support, they charged us $120 for the service call. We have contacted them by phone 4 times this past month for help. No response. No follow up. Stay away from this company. J and B

    We are very sad to hear about this negative review from ***, especially after our entire team went out of their way to help him with his system. In just over a year as our customer, we've gone back to ***'s house for additional training and support at least four times, with only 1 of those services billed. We've spent hours on the phone with him reiterating troubleshooting tips. We've sent him explicit step-by-step instructions on how to reset and reconnect his system due to the frequent power outages at his residence (that of which we have no control over). We've even helped him with home networking issues, which is usually something we ask that the customer handle on their own. So, we feel comfortable saying that for ***, we made exceptions in our own company policy and went above and beyond to help him. But at the end of the day it seems that all our attempts just weren't enough to satisfy his expectations. We're sorry he was left with a bad experience overall, despite several exchanges over the last year where he expressed his gratitude to us directly. There are several factual inaccuracies in his review, we keep records on everything. There's no need to argue those points, but suffice to say it seems like ************* have forgotten critical details about his own system, the effort and attention given to him and his unique issue, and all the free in-person service appointments.
