    I received a citation and went to dispute the ticket. Their web page states that you can pay or dispute the ticket, but there is no mechanism on the site to actually dispute the ticket. You can only pay the ticket. This user experience is in direct conflict with their Environmental and Social Governance policy which states that they are cultivating a safe, engaging and inclusive Social environment to enrich the lives of our employees and the people in the communities we serve. it is not inclusive to not allow users to dispute a ticket. It is exactly the opposite.

    Received parking violation for date of service 10/14/2023: NO OPTION TO DISPUTE TICKET ONLINE with either the listed Champion Complex (***********************), or SP+ ******************* issuing ticket:The kicker?? Did NOT even park at site on date indicated?????Instead, circled thru lot to drop off US Naval Sea Cadet son for military veteran's volunteer service event at adjacent park: DID NOT STOP at location ticketed. Did NOT use ANY marked parking site, NO IDEA lot was paid, NO IDEA SP+ Corporation would be greedily stalking profiteering opportunities from youth and military resources actively attempting to assist veterans in the community.Will be filing a complaint with the ******************* for extortion of US Military personnel and families. Absolutely disgusting local businesses would penalize families offering supportive services and ************* Veteran outreach. Especially those with no knowledge of your reprehensible and underhanded fine structure for NOT EVEN PARKING at this location. $60 "violation" for community service efforts-- ABSOLUTELY REPREHENSIBLE, cannot believe Douglas County allows this business modeling to exist under their oversight.
