    I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother, who has been living in this facility since 2007. For the first 10 years, this place has been great! Wonderful management and great, clean living standards. Over the last few years, however, the service and cleanliness standards have fallen severely. My mother's home care manager has informed me that the place now has a ***** infestation that has NOT been taken care of. This is a facility that houses elderly residents, many of whom, are not able to physically take care of their living quarters without home care. In my opinion, basic cleaning standards should be continuously addressed by the facility. I am leaning towards removing my mother from the facility permanently, if these issues are not addressed ASAP. When I attempt to contact the resident manager, I am referred to voicemail, and no one attempts to contact me in regard to these ongoing issues. I need someone from the Better Business Bureau to contact me IMMEDIATELY. The residents of this facility should be able to live in quarters that are CLEAN and SAFE. PLEASE contact me for further information regarding this matter.
