      I used Driving Miss Daisy for the first time this week, and can guarantee I will most definitely use them again!! Service was caring, on time and so on top of appo, confirming, etc. My driver was so nice and even cared about me getting from the car to surgery center, and when he dropped me off back home, he escorted me to ensure I was safely back in my house. The service was spot on with everything. The charges was more reasonably priced than others. It only required a small deposit, then was set till day of service then paid in full. Helped me with financial planning since my income isn't a lot. They are very flexible and other services required a 3 to 4 hour minimum, not Miss Daisy. They definitely cater to their clients. I will most definitely use them again!!

      I have been using Driving Miss Daisy for 7 years, since husband died. They have always been reliable, caring and on time I had a lovely driver, *****, in the beginning but have enjoyed the owner, ****** driving me for the past 6 years, to my medical appointments and whatever I need.I love that she calls me the day before, to confirm and remind me and that she always calls me when she's on the way, which is very helpful for an older person. I don't understand the 3 previous bad reviews, especially since the company, Driving Miss Daisy never even drove these individuals. I would highly recommend this company!

      I agree, totally with what ********** said[below], I am saying the exact same thing, driving Miss Daisy is unreliable. She does not remember anything. Do not use this service and shame on ****** Permanente for recommending this terrible service.

      First time using Driving Miss Daisy services. Spoke with ****** and she set up the ride I needed to have a minor surgery completed as I did not have someone to take me and bring me back home. She had a gentleman named ****** pick me up and bring me back home. It could not have gone any better. ****** was on time and very pleasant to talk to on the drive. I felt that they both did a great service for me and will recommend them gladly.

      This service was fantastic. They were on time, they were courteous, and they were cost-effective.I was impressed that they knew all the ins and outs of the ****** system. (They were also recommended as one of three transport services. So totally hassle-free. The driver (******) was a gentle and kind soul). I would recommend them.

      ****** really just wants to ****** and dime her customers. I received 3 different quotes in the span of a few hours..changing as she saw demand fluctuate.The economy is tough for all of us right now. Yet ****** still takes advantage.Her attempts at hustling me have awarded her this review. She also happens to be extremely rude and pretentious..there are so many car services out there. Dont waste your time with this clown. Learn customer service ******
