    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I dropped off two pairs of shoes three weeks ago. I decided to check on their progress and stopped in. The shoes were done (I hadn't received any update or call), but they couldn't find one of the shoes. I said I'd wait because I didn't want to have to make another trip. My waiting irritated the guy working there. he tried to convince me to leave, I refused. he sent away the other two people working there, then proceeded to yell at me, swear at me, threaten me, and grab my arm to forcibly throw me out, saying I was in the way and trespassing. he took the bench I'd been sitting on and turned it over so I couldn't continue to sit. Eventually, I said I'd take my one pair of shoes and leave. He insisted I had to pay in cash or I couldn't have my shoes (they accept cards, he said he didn't want me going back and disputing the charge). Finally, another worker came back and convinced him to give me my shoes. I still need the other pair, but will not go back into that shop alone. Patrons beware: IRRATIONAL AND VIOLENT STAFF at this shop!
