    They in fact do not honor warranties like they claim they do. They have done so in the past for me without any issues. Even with a provided receipt they snaked there way around doing so. I think this company is becoming a scam.

    I purchased Altra shoes from Fleet Feet on August 10, 2024. Within two weeks of the purchase large parts of the tread on the bottom had worn off and the shoes no longer had structure. I filed a warranty claim and the warranty claim was recognized and deemed a manufacturing issue. I contacted the company after receiving a credit to buy more of their product to request a refund of my money due to the low quality of the shoes. I was told I would get a call back about reimbursement within 2 business days. More than a month passed and when I called today the refused to even consider my refund request and would not provide corporate information for this complaint. Because of their delay, I am now also outside of the 60 day return window with Fleet Feet and I am stuck with shoes that are not useable, a credit for shoes I do not want to risk another $100+ on, and a very bad impression of the Altra company as a whole.I request that the company provide me a full refund or work with Fleet Feet to allow me to get my money back for those shoes because I have already purchased others because I need them for work.

    Spent $389.88 for 3 pairs of shoes that showed delivered but never arrived. Altra refused to provide refund and said to contact financial institution and shipping provider, both of which said it was Altras responsibility to provide the refund.

    I purchased a pair of shorts at The North Face store in ********** Premium Outlets on June 8th. The product was marked at $29.99 and was on a 70% discount, so it should have cost $9. However, I was charged twice for the same product, and the discount was not reflected on the receipt. I would like to request a refund.
