    Rocky Mountain STR is a knowledgeable, professional, and hands on short term rental company. There are many companies out there one could work with when it comes to having your Airbnb professionally managed but few come close to what *** and his team provide for both hosts and guests. *** and his team are very involved with the day to day work it takes to run a successful Airbnb. With other companies Ive experienced, homeowners are back and forth speaking with a multitude of people re: the running of their business, house upkeep, guest relations etc. What makes Rocky Mountain STR stand out from other companies is that *** is YOUR contact person. He keeps homeowners informed and does all the background work. There arent tons and tons of unclear messages between several people but rather a straightforward conversation with *** on the happenings of the business. This is so appreciated by someone who has other work and family commitments. He really takes the stress off owning an investment property. Rocky Mountain STR also has several reliable handymen, contractors, plumbers, housekeepers and guest concierges they work with that will keep your home in running order and guests happy! Which is the main piece in the puzzle of having a successful Airbnb! And Rocky Mountain STR goes above and beyond to keep guests happy. They are very responsive to any guests questions or requests. They always check in with guests across the board just to ensure their needs are being met and their stay is enjoyable. I really appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to always go the extra mile with both homeowners and guests. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is ready to take their investment properties to the next level.

    Rocky Mountain STR has been managing our home for the past 3 years and done a fantastic job. They handle everything while we are out of the state and give us total peace of mind. Highly recommend for anything thinking of short term renting their home.
