Total paid $79,700 Left 70 feet of trench several inches deep unfilled, didnt put the stone path back or reseed the grass that had been destroyed. This cost many hours of time and effort to fix.Left a down spout drainpipe emptying directly into a footing for the pergola. This cost a couple of hours of digging to relocate the pipe and $30 popup to resolve.I had to supply a properly rated and safe DC disconnect. I was not reimbursed the $120 for this, it also saved RedRocks the time it would have taken to both order from a supply house and reschedule a visit from the master electrician and his helper. Both brackets for the Tesla Powerwalls were installed an inch and a quarter too low and only secured to the drywall. This left the Powerwalls in a situation where they were quite likely to fall off the top of the brackets and topple into the garage. This cost several hours of work to unwire the power walls, remove them, correctly install the brackets, install the PowerWalls, rework the conduit, rewire the Powerwalls. There are two strings of solar panels for this install, each has a positive and negative feed to the PowerWalls. RedRocks used two red wires for one string and two black wires for the other. It cost a couple of hours and some DC connectors to rewire. Each string requires Tesla MCI rapid shutdown devices every three panels. It turned out one had two and the other just one. The fix was installing three additional MCIs after spending more than an hour looking at all the wiring to identify this safety ********* two DC junction boxes the wires has been joined together by twisting and wire nuts. This is acceptable from a code standpoint but is not best practice. This is another safety issue; DC arcs are the primary way solar systems set houses on fire. It was fixed in less than an hour using copper ferule crimps. RedRocks promised $1000 as a token compensation for inconvenience. This payment did not have any conditions attached to it but was never made.

On 02/29/2024, I signed an agreement with Redrocks ****************************** they were supposed to install 14 solar panels, and I was going to be able to save on my electricity bill. To date, 11/12/2024, the solar panels were installed, but according to them they are not generating any electricity, so I have been paying my regular electric bill plus the solar panels. No one has gone to my house to check what the problem is. I call Redrocks and they do not want to talk to me no more, they said it is a problem that the electric company has to check, in this case, **** **********************. ******************************* installed the solar panels, but they never checked if they were working or not. I am paying for a service that I have never received. I need help so either Redrocks ***************************** or **** ********************** make sure the solar panels are in working order.

I have sent technicians several times to his property - with photographic evidence that the system was working each time we left.  Our technicians were there Oct 3rd, Nov 13th, 19th, and 25th also.

The client was told several times during the sales process that his system would only cover 50% of his needs.  I have several separate conversations with him about this with multiple witnesses and all documents I left showed his current usage exceeded his system.  He promised to "reduce his energy needs."

The client performed work without a permit on this project outside of our installation.  He also requested us to install additional electrical work outside of the permit and contract.  We have refused to comply and will not perform unpermitted work.
    Respectfully,

I was approached by Redrocks solar over a year ago about the installation of a solar system. They ran the financing and everything came back great. I waited and waited without a response for install. After multiple attempts to reach out for an update they finally started the install. The problem is they waited so long the financing expired. Through their salesman they decided to continue the install and run financing when complete. I was no longer eligible at that point. ****** and her team let it sit in Limbo for months with the equipment installed. I was extremely pressured to sign a new contract with in-house financing on 7-13-2023. Over a year later it is still not complete. Ive been accused of hindering the access to my property, this is not the case. Ive got messages and the email chain from the beginning of this project. Never do business with this company. Steer clear. I will be seeking legal counsel to get rid of this cancer. I have countless messages proving the incompetence of this company.

*************************** did not start working with Redrocks Roof and Solar until December of 2022.  I was told verbally multiple times by the sales rep involved and ********************** that funding had already been vetted and taken care of.  ************************** credit was in fact not good enough to qualify for funding.  At Redrocks we have opened up a in house lending branch to a select few clients.  ********************** as a recipient of that and signed paperwork on 07.13.2023 to that effect.  He also signed an installation agreement on that date.  He has yet to pay for any part of the project. The sales rep involved has been terminated from Redrocks Roof and Solar due to this project and others.  There are numerous messages of meeting we scheduled with ********************** to resolve the situation months ago, in which he rescheduled the meetings or was in ******* and unable to attend.  He has multiple messages in which he defames the company and contractual agreements.  In those messages, he even apologizes for his behavior in previous encounters.

He believes we can influence Xcel to work faster on his project than the 30 - 60 business days they allocate to all solar net meter installation projects.  He has refused to allow workers to complete work on his property several times.  Employees have reported that they believed ********************** to be under the influence of substances while having conversations with him.

I do not have the signed loan documents on this computer, they are hard copy.  I have attached the unsigned version which shows payment has yet to be received.

We are more than happy to end the relationship with ***********************  He has refused on several occasions to allow us to gather our equipment.

I am rejecting this response because: there have been many instances of myself or my cousin missing work to deal with the project. There have been mutiple times of trying to reach out for updates and no response. The reasons the papers were signed is because the install was already complete and the integrity of my roof was compromised. I never told them they couldnt get the equipment. I asked for a letter in writing that the house be returned to the condition it was in before the work was done. It was never provided. I have no problem severing this business relationship on the condition that I have in writing that my house will be repaired and I am released from any contractual obligations. Being sober since 8/22/2022 its hard to believe I am under any substances. The only time I denied work being done was 8/7 when ******* showed up and wanted to do the inspection. I had no idea about it. He was provided with an incorrect phone number. There have been witnesses to every time there has been an appointment.

    Sincerely,

    *********************************

Here's an email thread with the client agreeing to allow us to remove our equipment. Once it's removed the client will have no financial obligations. He also agreed to remove this complaint. He has changed his story and mind several times. We do not want to continue to have any contact, communication, or relationship with this client passed receiving our equipment.

We are currently set to pick up the equipment August 28th. If the client refuses, we will take legal action. He has not made any financial contribution to the equipment, therefore a refund is not possible.

Ok. Ive got you down for Monday the 28th at 7:30-8:30 am for removal.
