I have been immensely impressed with SunTalk Solar and the multiple residential & commercial projects that they have completed. **** *. is a fantastic, highly-intelligent Solar Energy Consultant whos ******************* really shines. It was incredible educational working with him. ************* are fantastic, straight-forward Project Managers who helped make multiple projects of mine a breeze. And the Master Electrician's here are masterful in their craft. Weve had to be innovative on quite a few of these projects and they delivered each time when other companies would DQ. ***** *. is a bright & ethical owner. I cannot say enough good things about this company, from the high quality of work, to the execution, SunTalk is the right way to do Solar both residentially & commercially.

Suntalk Solar is a solid Denver solar install team that stands behind their workmanship warranty. With a lot of solar options out there, it is a good choice to get the point of view of a truly local install team with decades of experience. My close friend just had her re-roof completed, and Suntalk did her detach and reset of solar panels. We had solar installed in roughly 2019 and we've had very reduced bills since then ($0 bills). The communication was clear and the positive results were demonstrated. It was helpful to get ideas for financing. The solar panels also look good- not sure if that really matters.HomeTalk and Suntalk Solar

I have not been happy with the lack of service or communication with this company. I had to get my roof replaced due to hail damage. The field supervisor for the roofing company has experienced many delays in getting responses from them to schedule the panel removal and now that the roof has been replaced, it's been over a week of sending emails and making calls but no one is returning emails or calls. I cannot get through to the operator when calling the business line. In the meantime, we cannot get the city inspector to come out until they complete their tasks. So now, we are without solar for about a month and I will have to pay extra for electrial during this time while still making our payment to SunTalk. It seems the only way to get a response from this company is to write a poor review. I hope they are willing to contact me as quickly as possible but so far, not getting any response is very disconcerting.HomeTalk and Suntalk Solar

My solar generation works great after a very long permit and installation process. However my battery hasn't charged past 20% for over six months. I have been in contact several times each time with a promise to have someone out to diagnose the problem. So far only promises, and not a single person has reached out to schedule time or even just show up. Too bad too. The rest was really good.HomeTalk and Suntalk Solar

Absolute incompetence, communication has been nonexistent to incorrect throughout the entire process. We've been at this for months with no ETA (at least not an ETA that has been communicated to us) as to when the system will be online, not to mention unresolved issues with property they damaged during the installation.HomeTalk and Suntalk Solar

We are sorry to hear about your experience. I do show that we have been in communication with you regarding your project, including 12 days of communication in April alone. After the final inspection from your solar installation project, we provided an ETA from the utility for when Permission to Operate could be expected. Unfortunately,when the utility came out to your home to install the net meter, they asked us to repair the meter socket. To repair the meter socket, we scheduled an outage with the utility to safely complete that work but were directed by you to cancel the outage. We are waiting to hear back from the utility on another date for an outage and will let you know as we hear back from them so we can wrap up your project!
The property damage in question, of the torn patio chair, was compensated with a prepaid **** card that was mailed to your home. If you have further questions or concerns,please do not hesitate to reach out at ************.L. M.

Response from the company claims the check is in the mail related to damaged property reimbursement, we have yet to receive that payment. Also, giving notice the afternoon prior that you will be out of power for the next day, it seems reasonable that us needing to cancel/reschedule indicates lack of prior communication on their part.HomeTalk and Suntalk Solar

1 starIve been working with suntalk solar for 7 months to get my solar installed, the team is not very accessible and leaves a lot to be desired with communication and transparency. The install team was rushed and sloppy, the electrician employed by the company disguised the install of my ground wire, cut both ends and stuck it in the ceiling making it look like it was run through. I do not recommend suntalk solar or suntalk electrical!
