    I had solar panels installed on my home in 2018 by another company that is now out of business. In July 2023, Powerhaus USA notified me that they are now the company we are to contact about our solar panels. These panels are paid for. In May of 2024, I noticed one of the solar panels stopped working (for a few months) and I contacted Powerhaus several ways. I sent emails to the representatives, called the main phone number, and also submitted a request on their website. In response to the website query, I received ONE phone call in August, asking how they could help. I responded with details of the issue and was asked to submit a photo of our layout, the service address, and screenshot of the inoperative panel from the managing app and was promised someone would contact me to resolve it. I have since heard absolutely nothing from the company. I have again reached out several times, with no luck reaching anyone, or getting any kind of response. I would simply like the panels repaired/replaced so that I can resume receiving the service I expect from my solar system. panels. I would also like some kind of consideration for the delay in their response as this has caused an increase in my electric bill.

    I had solar panels installed on my home in 2016 by another company that is now out of business. I recently learned that Powerhaus USA is the company we are to contact about our solar panels that are paid in full. In June 2023, our solar panels stopped working and I started receiving large electric bills. I contacted Powerhaus SEVERAL times and they refused to honor the lifetime warranty on the panels that was guaranteed when we bought them. They also refuse to come to my home to inspect the panels. They have stopped returning phone calls, stopped responding to emails, and stopped responding to text messages. Since the panels stopped working in June 2023, we have paid several hundred dollars in electric bills. I am demanding that we be reimbursed the ENTIRE amount we have paid in electric bills AND that the solar panels be fixed.
