    TLDR: They apparently only ship via ***** Otherwise, good company with competitive pricing. Recommended.Purchased two Hypex Nilai 500 monoblock kits from Deer Creek Audio. Pricing was competetive with DIYClassD.com in *************** (original manufacturer), when exchange rates and international shipping are factored in. I like to support *** companies when I can. I was a little disappointed that the $60 shipping charge was for ***** For that money, I was expecting at least *** Ground. There was no indication on the order form until after purchase and no other option offered. That's my basis for 4 stars. Deer Creek Audio should be more transparent about using **** shipping on the order page and maybe offer a choice for those of us with "erratic" **** service. That said, the kits managed to make it from ******** to ***** at "lightning speed" for the ************ only taking 5 days and not getting "lost." Shipments from DIYClassD.com in Europe actually take less time via ******************** but would have cost twice as much to ship.Although I did not interact with anyone (online order only), Deer Creek Audio appears to have good quality control. I added a custom faceplate to the order for an additional charge. This required the staff to open the manufacturer's packaging and swap out the *** faceplate. It was done flawlessly and there is indication on the packing slip that someone double-checked the order before shipping (colored circles and underlines on the line items). Overall, I am happy with my experience with Deer Creek Audio and will be purchasing from them again (taking into account the c*** shoot with **** shipping).
