    My client, All Pro Sports Medicine, owes me back consulting fees in the amount of $375 for work performed--per a signed contract--from 7/8 to 9/19/2922. I have sent several emails requesting payment, from October 2022 through December 15th. Since no payment has yet been received (nor have the emails "bounced" back), I have no choice but to conclude that said client is ignoring my correspondence.Thank you.***

    Responding to ******************************* complaint:

    We found that, while we were very hopeful, ***'s research and execution did not meet the expectations we had of him and our arrangement.  We paid every invoice up through the last one without prejudice, despite only one ***** proposal being submitted by ***, with zero follow-through on that one application. There were no additional proposals submitted, and we did not hire him to simply do research.  

    Furthermore, one simple ****** search for certifying disability-owned/minority-owned businesses prompted many results for grants available for "for-profit" businesses owned and operated by minorities, disabled, veterans, women, and so forth, including access to links for dozens of federal, state and independent grants available for such business owners.  We felt that his research and execution fell short of what we asked of him, and we felt a lot of push-back when he kept trying to influence us to writing proposals instead for our nonprofit arm, which is not our priority at this time.  If our for-profit business does not grow and gain funding, we cannot support our nonprofit operationally, regardless of whether grants are available.  He was well aware that we are a small startup owned by a disabled paraplegic, searching for grants to keep that business afloat -- which is why we hired him -- but all he did was siphon money out of our struggling business for work that was not fruitful and did not yield results. We felt strongly that he under-delivered on the objectives for which he was hired, but, if the complainant feels strongly that he is owed $375 for research that will not get our business any closer to funding, the owner will pay it out of her personal bank account.
