    I have been doing business with this storage facility for 10 years or so. They have changed management several times in this decade. My 96-year-old mother has been a customer here for 17 years. I am mainly concerned about the late fees that they charge. These fees are billed in a manner to where they seem to be accumulating more quickly than I can calculate. When I asked for an itemization at the end of May 2025, the "invoice"I received did NOT describe the fees in a manner that makes sense. At this time, the "invoice" shows late fees billed from 6 months ago. The balance owing makes no sense, as I have been making payments on the units consistently and have all my receipts from those payments. I do NOT believe they are itemizing or billing properly. I have talked to other customers with the same experience as me. At one point, I was inexplicably billed an amount of $800, and a neighbor of mine had the same exact amount billed to her simultaneously. That does NOT make sense. Currently, my balance owed is approximately $1000, and I do not understand how they are coming up with these bogus figures. I am a disabled senior, and my 96-year-old mother and I have been loyal customers at this ********************** facility and are shocked and dismayed by this treatment. In addition, the storage units leak and are in poor repair, and my precious antiques were damaged and had water damage including mildew to some items.
