    Chose this service not knowing and not being informed of the size of the lot and that we wouldn't be able to fit our moving truck into it. Was also told before transaction went through that we would receive a code to get in without the office needing to be open so when we got into town we get our unloading done. This was false and we were moving down from the Pacific northwest and had to waste an entire day of our move waiting for them to open the next day. Tried time and time again to call them during business hours with no answer and no returning of my voicemails. When we got there, we were not able to fit into their tiny lot. The employee provided us a refund and we had to go to another facility across town. We were told we'd get the same rate which was also false. I let that go and the trouble they gave us go. But what I'm making this review for is to worn people of what they did to us after all of that. Within 2 days I received a charge for using their service when we in fact did not. I called once a week for over a month to request a refund and resolve the issue. But time and time again I was told lies and that the refund would go through by the end of the day and that I would receive email receipt of the refund. After weeks of not seeing anything I realized that they were just lying to me hoping I would forget about it and leave them alone. These people were intentionally trying to get away with stealing money from me. I am now disputing the charge through claims service with my card. I just want to sincerely worn people to not use this company. They are dishonest and will try to take money from you hoping you'll either not notice or just let it go. I've learned my ****** unfortunately and that's what I get for trying to use a cheaper service. Was not worth it and I should have just went with a more expensive but actually reliable storage service.
