I rented a storage unit from this facility 8 months ago. I have had hardships and was behind on my storage. On June 5th 2025 I contacted the facility at 2pm and spoke with *******. I let her know that I had the outstanding balance owed.. ******* explained that it had to be in by the 4th at 12am She said my balance was ******* .and that my storage was going to auction on the 19th of June. She also informed me of their pay and vacate option which is 50% and 24 hours to vacate. she said $675. I let her know I would be in by 5pm . ******* then told me to because another month had been added and the total was $1900 ***** was willing to cut me a deal and only charge me $800 this is a cash only transaction per *****. I didn't have all the money I only had the $675 therefore I was turned away. I did not think that $1900 was correct so I called another manager who was on duty. He told me my balance was $1354. And to call **** the store manager in Monday The next morning I called and spoke to **** whom sounded as if he had already been groomed on his answers to my question stating that he doesn't know anything about the $1900 and that ***** was his manager and that's what she decided I was paying. I called customer service and requested a call back from a district manager and was told within 24 hours. Nothing back so I returned to the store to see if they would consider the $ 675 I was 1st quoted and **** was very rude and said he was doing me a favor at $800. Today June 12th I called customer service back and asked why I had not had a call back. The lady was super helpful and ***** The district manager called me and told me the offer was off the table now I can pay $1440 in full. I asked for The Regional Manager **** . She said he was busy. I sad Thank You and hung up. This is retaliation just because I may have had a customer complaint. I'm not sure if they can just do this to people. I'm hoping you can help me. I have until the 17th to save my storage thank you

On March 17th I paid my bill for $138.00 (see document). Today March 22nd I received a late notice that it wasn't paid. I texted with customer service and they blamed my bank, but if that was true then why did I receive a receipt? If I was notified by them sooner that it didn't get paid, I could have avoided the late charges. I did end up paying $158.00 which includes the late fees I am disputing. I could not find a transaction with my bank. This is totally their fault and I expect a refund!

i purchased a unit at auction on 10/17/23. on 10/20/23 i rented a unit that was an 8x40 at the same facility unit L132. on friday 11/17/23 i rented an 8x20ft unit online to move the contents of L132 into. The unit i was assigned thru my online rental was L069. when i went to open it to start moving things into it on Sat 11/18/23 at 3:44 pm i discovered it was completely full. I then called the after hours number due to the fact that the officee was closed. and i was supposed to be out of the unit i was in by 11/20/23. the lady on the phone was very nice and quickly found me another unit that was listed as vacant. when i opened that unit i discovered that it also had items in it and it was ovbiously not ready to be rented. the lady appoligized and looked for another unit. after checking a couple more units that were unable to be moved into she finally found me an empty unit L083. I had about 3/4 of my stuff moved into the new unit when Monday 11/20/23 maintenance approched me and told me i couldnt be in that unit. i explained that i rented it online and he told me that unit was unrentable due to thefact that the roof leaked severely and it was supposed to rain/snow the following day. he walked me to the office and they assigned me a new unit L124 and i signed my lease. Due to the fact that it was supposed to storm i worked on moving the contents of L083 first so not to have them damaged. I was doing this all by myself mind you. so i still had about a 1/4 of the stuff left in L132. i worked until they were closed. on 11/22/23 i returned to get the remaining contents out of 132 and discovered it was locked. i called the office and was told i would have to speak to the manager but she was not in and would return my call. she never did. i called again on the 24th, 28th, 29th and 30th. i then began trying to contact corporate which has no direct line. i then received a call from a friend that has a unit there and he told me that they called him and gave him scrap metal
