      We took our car in for brake service. The pedal had to be pushed to the floor to brake. Peerless charged us over $1,000 and told us there was nothing more that could be done when the problem still existed. We still have to press the pedal to the floor to brake. They replaced the brake pads and rotors even and they grind now. They didnt before. When I asked why the problems still exist, I was told that new brakes grind and the grinding will cease. I was also told that after replacing the Master Cylinder that we also have to change a piece that enhances the brake pressure. For the price we paid I expected the problem to be fixed. When I asked the man what we should do if the brakes failed, he told me to bring it back and they would fix it. When brakes fail people get hurt. How will you fix that?

      We are contacting the customer to assist... This is the first we have heard of the problem and take all customer complaints seriously.. We left the customer (******* a message on 4/5/23 waiting for response
