    In September of 2021 I called and informed the company that I would no longer being using their service and to cancel and close my account. I also sent an email to that effect. I then shut the business down, closed phone and email accounts associated with my business. On September 28th, 2022 I was charged $20.00 again from the company and the charged was unauthorized so it was disputed with my credit card. Today November 10th, I received a call from an agent stating that his name was *** and he works for FMCSA Processing Agent LLC. He stated that I owed the company money for processing a BOC-3 for my company. I informed him that I had closed my account with them last year and that I did not authorize any charges for my closed company. *** then began yelling at me, demanding that I pay him money, calling me names stating, "are you a child, are you 9 years old, 7 years old, 3 years old." He asked me "do you understand English?" and stated "you need to take an English class again!". I told him that his customer service was horrible and that I wanted to speak to someone else. He refused to let me speak to another person so I hung up the phone. I then sent another email to the company explaining that I previously called and sent an email requesting cancellation. When I called back to speak to someone else *** answered the phone again and began to berate me again. I informed him *** that I had cancelled the companies service in 2021 and that I did not owe the company anything. That is was not my fault if they did not document my files correctly. I asked him what he thought I owed him and he stated that I owed $180.00. I told him that I do not owe him any money because I cancelled the account via phone and email in 2021 and that my company is no longer in business since 2021. He began to threaten me with suing me and making me come ********. He continued yelling at me so I told him I was not paying anything and hung up the phone.
