      On Feb. 7th of 2023 I contacted Colorado cannabis tours to book a hotel for my vacation in may. I had paid $159.19 as a deposit to book this hotel. In march 2023 I couldn't verify my reservation at the hotel booked and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was still told that my reservation was valid and that the hotel still had the reservation. After arriving in Colorado on may 26th at the hotel, I went inside and was told at the front desk that even though my reservation was valid, they had sold as the rooms at the hotel, leaving us to go find another hotel to stay at. The following Monday I called the tour company to ask for refund and explaining the situation. They said there support would reach out in 1-2 days. After not hearing anything for awhile I called the tour company on June 17th, I spoke to lady name ****** who tried her best to help me but was ultimately told that because I disputed the charge originally they wouldn't be refunding me. I was told by Colorado Cannabis Tours that I had a valid reservation at a hotel that I reserved in February only when I arrive to be basically told otherwise.

      After arriving to the hotel location to find that the room was not available, the customer did not reach out to us to correct the issue. We would have been happy to provide the service of providing them another hotel location despite the issue not being caused by us in any way as the hotel was as fault for overbooking their location. The customer also did not reach out until they disputed the charges and lost the dispute. In addition, filing the dispute caused us chargeback fees which we do not get back. If we would have been contacted prior to the charge being disputed we would have been able to provide service or a future credit. Thank you
