      I have made multiple attempts to cancel my subscription with Elephant Learning ************* and despite contacting them several times via email, they have not canceled my account or stopped charging **** sent a cancellation request on June 29, July 2 and July 3rd and received a response saying the matter would be forwarded to billing. However, no further action was taken. I followed up multiple times, but my requests were ignored or delayed.I have explicitly revoked authorization for any further charges, yet I remain concerned that Elephant Learning will continue billing me. Their cancellation process is unclear, unresponsive, and feels intentionally difficult.I believe this is deceptive and unethical business behavior. I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately and that any future charges be prevented. If I am charged again, I will continue to dispute the transactions through my bank.

      We have reviewed ******* ********* account and can confirm that her subscription has been successfully cancelled as of July 3, 2025. Our internal records show that no charges were applied to her account during this period, and her card has not been billed since the cancellation request.

      We sincerely regret the delay in communication. Due to the July holiday, our ****************** was operating with reduced staffing, which unfortunately impacted our response time and created an unsatisfactory experience for Ms. ********** We understand her frustration and have taken her feedback seriously.

      We are committed to ensuring clarity and transparency in our cancellation process and have taken steps to improve response times and accessibility going forward. ******* ********* will not be charged any further, and her account access has been fully revoked.

      If you require any additional documentation or confirmation, were happy to provide it.
