    I purchased the stove on 7/29/24 and hoped it could be delivered the following day. I was told it was a week out, so the following Wednesday it was scheduled to be delivered, which was August 7. I said that because I am a teacher, I could only be there after 4pm. The sales person, ******, said he would let them know. On the day of delivery I was told it was being delivered between *****. I called and said I could not be there then. We agreed upon a Saturday delivery at no extra charge because of the prior problem. Saturday came and I was not notified when the stove would be delivered, so I called the store. It was not on the truck and would be delivered on Monday, August 12. I said I was available any time after noon. (I was out of the classroom that afternoon and could re-adjust my schedule.) The delivery people called between 11:00 and 11:30 but I was with students and could not answer my phone. I did not have their number in my phone and the appliance store did not call me. They said they were 10 minutes away. There were workmen at the apartment, but the delivery people would not deliver it and left immediately. I arrived by noon, but they refused to return on Monday. They would not put me on the schedule for Tuesday and now I have to wait until Wednesday. This is a rental unit and the tenant is moving in on Thursday and the inspection needs to happen before that. Ironically, when ****** tried to call his boss for me to speak with, his boss did not answer the phone and will call back tomorrow. ****** has done everything in his power to make this happen and praise goes to him. "It is not the first time I have had problems with the delivery side."
