    I purchased a pair of White earbuds with cash on 8/2/2022 at 9:29 AM for $108.80 total. Salesperson # ******, Female in her early 20s. The earbuds were defective and would not pair with my iPhone units, phone and iPad. Item No: S19 ************* URB STHLM TW WHT. $99.99, tax $8.81. The item was returned to the ****** Istore by ***** 8/12/2022 to ***********************. Email: ****************************************. Ph: **************************. He has been no help but he approved the earbuds return. I was referred to the Corporate person: *************************** on 8/9/2022 by phone: ************. She used credit card and debit card purchases as a reason WHY Im having trouble getting my money returned to me. She stated that its not their policy to return consumers money back to them via a check payment. She said she will not get me a check done somebody else would but she didnt know when it would happen because since its not a credit card or a debit card, she had no idea if or when a check might be sent to me. ****, *** of Istore Denver and ******* at corporate have all 3 demonstrated, we dont want to repay or return you your money ****************. Since 8/9/22 to 8/30/22, they have used me not paying via a credit card or a debit card as the problem getting me my money returned back to me. They dont answer the telephone numbers for the Istore or for Kathryns phone number. Im a #** y/o 100% disabled ******* era veteran on the way to bury my *******************************************. I was in the store over 2.5 hours, returned the earbuds and the proof of purchase receipt. Why wont they pay me? The business in in violation of the ******** cash return refund policy of 1-3 to 3-5 days. Its been 23 days since they were notified and nobody has seen fit to refund me my money or tell me when a refund check will be mailed to my home address. .
