    Okay it started December 19th of 2022 and has continued up until 3 weeks ago I believe I used a website called pricecharting.com to sell video games I sold a video game on there for $200 the owner of the website *********************** logged in to my account to issue a refund without my knowledge or my permission to do so. Upon doing this he also place my account on vacation mode and told me that I couldn't sell on his website for a while however he never gave me a time frame as to win he would allow me to sell on his website he just said a while. Recently he has been emailing me asking me to verify my sales of items from ******** with a copy of my receipt. As well as he said he could log it into the store data but his website would not be tracking my sales prices or information. He issued the refund because he thought the game was a reproduction the game that I sold on his website was a pal version of that game and he said he would log it into the sales data. Also he did email me saying that he would send me a cease and desist letter to stop using price charting website. However he never sent me a letter he deleted the information from my account without my permission and with not sending me a proper letter from a processing server. Not only just this but he has several of my pictures for cards video games and comic books on pricecharting.com I have asked him to remove those pictures numerous times and he still hasn't not only just that but when this incident happened I emailed him telling him ** I'm a protected class I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income he said to me in my email I do not care that you are a protected class and I do not care that you're a veteran. This being said I have contacted the *** and now I'm contacting you in regards to this information as well as I have contacted his police force & they didn't like what he had to say about me being a veteran. I have emails where he has threatened & antagonized me numerous times will you please fix this thank you
