    I placed and paid for my order at the beginning of March, 2025. I was not told at the time that the protein powder 3 pack was out of stock. Complement shipped the essential vitamins and a glass jar and I received that, but the invoice said it included the three bags of protein, but it did not. I notified customer service immediatley and was told it was oos and would ship "next week" but it didn't. i made several inquiries as to where my product is and I have been told I already received the product (I have not), that it was still out of stock and "would ship next week" and I was told last Thursday that it was being processed and they would send m a confirmation of shipping soon. This morning, I as told again that I received my order (and I have not). I would either like the product or a full refund for the protein powder (******). They did credit my account $10 a few weeks ago for the "inconvenience". I was told again this morning that they would send my information to customer service to look into. I love this product and would prefer to receive my 3 bags of unflavored protein powder but a refund of the FULL amount would also be acceptable so I can order something else.     On 1/16/2025, I purchased 4 At-home Omega-3 Index Blood Test Kits. They were on sale for $34, so I purchased one for myself and 3 for family members. The first step of the process is downloading their app and registering the kits to the app. I did this for the 4 tests. All 4 tests were listed on the app as pending, each with our individual names. I mailed in the samples as instructed. After the samples were received and underwent processing, 3 of the kits were removed from my app and only 1 was listed. Upon noticing this and while waiting for the results, I reached out to them on 2/12/25. I have received generic replies such as "Hi ********, Thank you so much for your outreach! I'm touching base with my team on this to provide you with a thorough reply. I'll get back to you in the next ***** business hours. Please let me know if I can help with anything else! -****". I explained the issue multiple times both through email and through their web based chat system. Again, only replies that are unrelated to my situation. I currently have results for 1 person of the 4 of us. I would like to receive the service for which I paid as the results for 3 of us are being withheld. In addition to the lack of response, it is particularly frustrating because the test itself was very painful and the finger ***** device is so aggressive that it caused bone bruises on all of us.
