      He is unlicensed, unbonded, no insurance, uncertified, owes the *** has never once paid taxes. He tells customers their equipment is bad then will get them a new one while the other piece of equipment works just fine. Then he takes the used equipment passes it off as new. Little do they know it's because someone else gave him money already for equipment he spends their money at the casino and will then paint the used equipment and pass it off as brand new. Or he will charge a customer ***** for new well pump buy one off ********** paint it and tell them it's new. Or say they are buying one pump and instead getting what the pay for. He buys cheap knock off model from ****** and pass off a 124 dollar pump as a ***** dollar one. Or he went to help a customer winterize their equipment while the home owner was away. He stole the expensive arsenic media out of the customers filter because he had gotten money from another customer and didn't buy the media. Then told the customer there had been a hiccup and the filter must have backwashed all the media out. And then charged the customer to repair what he broke and stole. As well as then only gave the other customer the used media and only half he used regular gravel stuff as the rest. So the customer bought over a 1000 dollars worth of media and got less then half of a filter of the real stuff and its had been used. Also he will use bottled water to insure system pass tests. While working for Illiad and Blue Rock water systems he frequently would turn in samples to ********** facility instead of driving around and taking samples like he was suppose to. But now that he runs his own illegal business if he suspects there is arsenic he will use bottled water to make your system pass. During covid lock downs he had covid while working for Blue Rock Water. He tested positive and then went to work the same day dealing with hundreds of potential victims. Instead of locking down knowing he had it he spread it around.
