    I began wearing Cinch brand products about 6 years ago. I must say these are some of the most durable clothing products I have ever owned. Over the last 6 years I have only had 2 items that required warranty claims. In both scenarios customer service was very fast to respond, and very eager to assist me. I think 2 products out of about 50 items I own from them is nothing to be upset about, but the fact that their customer service and warranty department are so eager to make things right, makes this company head and shoulders above their competitors. Their products are very durable, comfortable, quality products. I love this brand and their customer service.
