    Good morning. I placed an order for a complete bedroom set and the headboard of the bed was a little broken on the edge and also the employee who sold me the bedroom set lied to me saying that it was made of wood and that he would show me the other products that He had them in storage so that I could see them, but he never did and he lied to me, giving me a product that is a mixture of cardboard and not wood, as he told me. I went to claim the day after the purchase when I saw the product with defects and that it was not what they sold me and they told me that they would not give me any refund, that this was the product and that they would order me a new one, I left without further ado from the store since the lady who attended me was a bit upset with not wanting to give me a refund, but they lied to me by telling me that the product was made of wood and it is not, but it had defects because it was broken, I do not want a product from cardboard and I would like you to help me solve this so that I can receive my refund and buy a product that is really made of wood. Thank you

    I have discussed this with her sales rep and below is his response. 

    Hello,

    The paragraph below is from the sales rep who sold this customer.

    "No one ever told her it was solid wood, I showed her solid wood sets but were out of her price range so she asked for one that was in stock. I told her that it was not solid wood thats why the price was so much lower." She choose to buy it.

    As the owner of the company I know my staff would never falsify information. Very few sets are "solid" wood because the price gets into the $5,000+ price range.  If she wants to come in and purchase a "solid wood" set we will give her the credit for the set she paid for.  We will order the solid wood set of her choice and make the exchange - we do not however offer refunds. This has always been our company policy. This is made clear on every order form.

    As for the damage, there is a small blemish on the back of the headboard. (We have the picture) Nothing visible when up against the wall but is easily fixable. If customer would it to her up by our repair rep we will do that immediately. Just call in to confirm and we will arrange an in home repair appointment.  Once repaired you won't even know it was ever there.
