    I spoke to a representative at the store and he emailed me a 10 % coupon for the item i was looking at. I ordered the grill cover on sept 30 and received a email confirmation. 3 days later i received a email that stated the price would be almost double what was published on their website. I think they call that false advertising. Terrible company. I hate leaving them one star, it should be 0 stars

    We are sorry to hear you were not happy with our service. Please note that the part was out of stock when you ordered it and we were informed by the manufacturer that there was a price increase when we tried to obtain it. We emailed you to check if you would like to go ahead with your order and still purchase the part or you would want to cancel the order and receive a full refund. You requested a refund and we canceled the order. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately this was something that was beyond our control.

    We ordered parts from this company in July 9th and paid $34.87 by Credit Card.We received One email with the status of our parts still on back ******** of 8/25/24 we have not received any additional status, or our part.

    Ordered a $600 glass stove replacement. Said it was shipped and they took the cash, but I cannot get a tracking number and there is no place on the website to do so. Also, email bounces back "undelivereable"When i call the number, it tells me to open a ticket on the website. There is no such option. You cannot leave a message, it simply hangs up on you.I will let you know if I have been scammed in the next few days ***** - ******

    Bad place to do business and I will never order anything from them again. Their customer representative, ********, doesn't know what he's doing. I ordered and received a charcoal pre-filter for an air purifier and when it was put in a box with packing (unneccesary) it crushed the filter and put permanent folds in it. I called Appliance Factory Parts and reported it and ******** asked for pictures of it and the box and a copy of the invoice which I sent him 6 pictures including different angles of the pre-filter showing the creases. Next thing he was asking me if I wanted a replacement or refund which I had asked him several times for a replacement. Then - after several more emails and 6 weeks later now he is asking me to return the charcoal filter for examination. The part was originally $14.74 plus $10 shipping and this has just been a complete merry-go-round with an en-competent person. I am done with him and his company for having someone in this position with his lack of helping the customer wihen it was their error. to begin with. - *****

    ******** clearly told me that the wheels were included and I paraphrase her to confirm that information. They expected me to return the legs on my expense. Parts are going to the crash. Stay away from that place, bad business. And shame on Char grilled for discontinuing parts for ***** models knowing that it rusts and falls apart

    I ordered a microwave door assembly it was to big I call this company I give them everything they ask for from me . I ask them for replacement or refund. Appliance factory just give me the run around. To everyone out do not deal with this company they are scammer.

    Ordered part for stove. Called they gave me an order number and said they looked it up and on way. But when I went on site it told me no order existed. Going to PayPal for help.

    I reached out to the company by email asking for a specific part. The part did not exist but nonetheless the emailed me a part number. Relying on there recommendation I ordered the part. When I received it it was not the part that I needed. I contacted them and explained what happened. They refused to pay for the shipping to return the parts back to them. Terrible company service. I would not recommend using them.

    Order NOT RECEIVED. Projected delivery dates CHANGED REPEATEDLY. Customer Service NON-EXISTENT.I placed an order for an air conditioner part that was on "back order." I received a projected delivery date in July. The part never came, and I received no notice from AFP customer service. Two weeks after the projected delivery date, I reached out to them (via email because their telephone is only for placing new orders) and was given a new projected delivery date in September, some 6 weeks after the original date. Again, the part never came and I received no notice from AFP. After another 10 days, I reached out again. No response [yet]. Appliance Factory Parts deserves its "F" rating. I would not recommend that anyone do business with this company,
