    We have been using the recommendations and ratings of businesses by the BBB for many years. However, our recent experience with an A+ rated company called Reflection Windows and Doors, LLC was very disappointing.We had them install a new double front-entry door and French storm door for us. This was a job that we were told would be completed in one day.The first day they attempted to do the install was October 27, 2024, and the final installation completion was April 26, 2025. It required 170 days, 7 people, 17 visitations plus 76 days with a non-operative storm door.We could not utilize the storm door because it had been installed without any cut outs for the hardware. We were surprised to learn that Reflections Windows and Doors does not use its own employees and provides no on-site supervision of their sub-contractors to check the quality of their work. We had to demand that someone from the manufacturer come over to look at the poor ************** our situation worsened, the lack of communication from management made us wonder if this is their standard operating procedure. We kept detailed notes throughout this ordeal. The stress of this experience has led us to to conclude that we will never recommend Reflection Windows and Doors, LLC or the Provia manufacturer to anyone.The job has been completed to our satisfaction, and it is well done. But, this was 170 days of anxiety, frustration, inconvenience and disappointment that could have been avoided through greater attention to supervision, timely communication, and advance checking to make sure that the right product had been delivered for installation.**** and ****** *****
