    Absolutely terrific experience. We met ****** at the home show up in ****** and he 100% delivered on everything as promised. Our new ***** windows are so nice! ***** who installed the windows is a complete professional. He does outstanding work, professional, neat, clean! We have total confidence in Prestige Products for our next home improvement project.

    Loved working with ***, who was very patient answering my many questions. Everything went smoothly, from sales to product selection to installation (**** my installer did a great job, I think he left my house cleaner than it was!) If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

    First, the sales process was straightforward, honest, and transparent. The price quote was very reasonable and accurate. There were no hidden costs. I needed a few extra things and those were accurately priced up front. And no money down. Nothing due until the job was completed.The installation was stellar. **** is a master of his craft. Not only did he remove the casement windows with no damage to the drywall, he installed the new windows expertly. More than that, he was conscientious enough to reinforce my very large bay window bench seat. It had sustained some water damage over the past 64 years. Another installer might have ignored that and not bothered, leaving me with a compromised window seat. It entailed a trip to buy lumber, planning, and some carpentry skills. Did I mention that he replaced 17 windows, including 2 bay windows. And in just a few days. No delays. For a very reasonable price. Another national chain wanted almost 2.5x as much money. This was almost a year ago. Im very tardy with my review (health problems in the family). But I can say that after a year there have been no hiccups, no cracking, no sliding issues. The windows perform as well as they did the day they were installed.My only regret is that I didnt opt for the black frames. But Im still happy with what I have. If all contractors were as honest as Prestige Products, the rest of ******************** would be worry-free. I cant recommend them enough.
