    I have been contacting ******* for over a year to get my front window fixed properly. He and his team did not install it correctly in May 2023. Leaving a gap, and the window to be crooked not fully closing. I have tried reaching out numerous times and each time he either does not show up when promised, does not bring the right supplies or just ignores. On the final attempt on 9/4/24 he said he would follow up to reschedule after arriving without the necessary tools. He never reached out and I am done chasing him for a simple fix. I would like refund to have a new person correct his problem. He is untrustworthy.
