    I filed an insurance claim to replace my windshield on my motorhome and this company is not coming back to fix the leak that they caused.

    In September, 2022 we were provided a quote from Resolution Glass to repair the windshield on our **** National Tradewinds Motorhome.******, the owner of Resolution Glass indicated he preferred not to work w/ insurance companies.Based on that we did file a claim with State Farm. They paid us direct based on the quote from Resolution Glass. State Farm allowed us to take that check&deal with Resolution Glass personally.We gave Resolution Glass the required deposit ****** indicated was needed to order the parts and start the work.As of December2022, both **************** both w/Resolution Glass said that when they put the new windshield into the passenger side of the ****** broke due to a "bent frame". Resolution Glass drove our ** to *********************************** in ********* ********. Resolution Glass indicated they did windshields for Universal Fleet so they would take the ** there for an estimate on the bent frame. We researched Universal Fleet, they looked to be a good company so approved that Resolution Glass take the ** to Universal. we were dealing with *************** who knew ******************************* from previous work.As of March, *********************************************************** Resolution Glass. We called up to Universal Fleet and was told *** no longer worked there. ***** at Universal Fleet assisted us at that point and is still assisting us. ************** at Universal Fleet the ** DOES NOT have a bent frame. It is his and his windshield person's opinion that Resolution Glass did not glue the windshield in along with the repair needed when installing a windshield using the ** gasket & Urethane kit. ***** indicated that due to NOT having the windshield glued & installed properly the windshield broke during the repair by Resolution Glass. We feel that Resolution Glass owes us the money for reimbursement of the windshield.That amount is $942.35. We are not seeking the remaining balance of the $1330 deposit paid on 9/12/2022 minus the $942.35.
