1 starIf I could rate with negative stars I would. They are terrible with their customer service and they have faulty install vehicles. I had 4 windows replaced and on day of install one was broken. It has taken 6 months to get the replacement and no one reaches out to inform the customer of what is going on. I wanted a brand new replacement and 2 other times they attempted to install the original damaged window. Again, no communication with the customer!!! They have such a turnover of staff that all of the original busness cards I received are no longer employed any longer. They were smart to get out of such a back-handed crooked company!!! The product seems to be ok but definently not worth the headache!Review fromCu H

1 starHad a sliding door replaced a couple months ago and the install looks like a child did it. Mismatched colors on hardware, door is not level, screen door is not seated correctly, screws put in where no holes were in the frame that called for screws, poor caulking job, they cut part of the frame to get the new door in and did not cover up the area before cutting and i had saw dust EVERYWHERE. The project manager ******* came by during the install and told the installers everything looked great. I called ******* to discuss my concerns the next day. He was going to come out and we scheduled a time. He never arrived for the appointment. I called him to find out what was going on and he said he had a person matter that came up and was sorry for not letting us know. Hhe finally came out another day and said the install was horrible and said they fired the installers. Then he said we needed to have a whole new frame put in and all new hardware. He said he would place the order the following Monday. Fast forward, we didn't hear anything from him for two weeks and I called and texted him on 9/30/24 asking for an update. Several days later someone else named **** called and told us ******* was no longer with the company and would be taking over. We set a schedule for today at 9:00am and **** did not show and we did not get a call saying he would not be coming. Just got a call from him in the last hour 12:00pmish and wanting to reschedule. He gave me a reason that there was a personal matter he had come up (sound familiar?). I get things come up but twice we have been "ghosted" by two different peope. Now we can't meet with **** for two weeks because we are not available until then. The amount of hours I lost waiting for people to show up twice and not show up is unacceptable and my cost of time is way more than the cost of the new door! At this point, this company should fix the problems and pay me for my time lost or write off the cost of the door.Review fromCynthia C

The sales *** who performed my estimate was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, was pleasant and gave me straightforward answers to all my questions. My account manager was fantastic and the installation team was efficient and neat and so careful. They even worked with me to keep a very skittish cat safe and comfortable. I was so impressed I will have Lifetime install my new doors when I am ready. Highly recommended!

The windows were delivered to Lifetime within the estimate provided and they were able to accommodate our schedule for installation. The day of installation went without any issues and the team were considerate and helpful. We hope to save up and use Lifetime again to replace more windows.Lifetime Home Remodeling

1 starSiding install was good. Window install was not, hence the low rating. Windows themselves are mostly good (one slider door is problematic) but the customer experience was and is very frustrating. I was not expecting this.
