The nature of the dispute is I cannot get a hold of anyone to help reset my password to retrieve credit card info to charge customers for cancellations and/or damages. In order to retrieve that info I have to login into a secure site using a different password but it does not work so I have tried calling the number on file 970-455-8240 and it rings and then goes to voicemail which is full. So I cannot even leave a voicemail. I have contacted them just about everyday via the contact us section regarding this and have not received no answer. I started contacting them regarding a 748.65 (8.14-8.26.23) transaction that needs to be charged on the card given to us on the system. The organization is paying for a guests stay but I am unable to do so cause I can't get into the secure portal to obtain that info. I also lost a cancellation fee of 124.78 (one night stay) yesterday because I was unable to get into the system. I want to stay I tried contacting them earlier this summer but did not get a response but now that we are losing money from individuals not cancelling in time or want us to charge the card on file I need to be able to get assistance to obtain that information. Very bad business practice and etiquette. I truly want someone from the company to contact me and help me and then I will start looking for another reservation system.
