    We had a terrible experience at this hotel and were treated unfairly. We were given a basement room that was extremely musty with a strong smell of mold and mildew. The rooms have NO A/C, so there is almost no air circulation making the air damp and unhealthy. The only way to get fresh air was to leave our door open to the hallway (which felt unsafe) or crack open a tiny window that did nothing.We told the front desk staff within 2 minutes of entering the room that we could not stay there because of the unhealthy and unsafe conditions. The only solution they offered us was a small fan, which we did not take because it would not fix the problem. They refused to move us to a better room or offer a refund, even though we did not stay there at all.The entire property felt run down, and the clientele seemed very sketchy it honestly felt like a place that rents by the month or hour. We did not feel safe staying there.I am asking the hotel to take responsibility for the poor conditions and issue us a full refund for the night we did not use. I also believe they should be required to fix their ventilation and mold issues for future guests.

    Guest booked our last room on the day of arrival. The hotel was totally booked so we didn't have any other rooms to have him move to. We were never informed that guest left the property. Reservation was made through a 3rd party and the guest should have contacted them *********** doesn't have an A/C, however most of the places in the mountains don't have any A/C since it is not needed most of the time.We are not aware of any mold problems.
