    Dispute: From the start of the project, Oscar Rivas, the owner, made 3 promises: He would perform all repairs to current building codes as outlined by ICC. All work was to be done by professionals and he was a general contractor. Oscar failed to provide a contract and scope of work after multiple requests before the project started. The original scope was a door repair but turned into wood rot remediation on a 3rd floor concrete deck. Oscar only provided a contract and invoice at the end of the project with no change order costs thru out the project. The dispute is The visible work completed had numerous deficiencies and was not to industry standards/building code. Furthermore, Oscar was requesting payment for services not rendered on the final invoice. Lastly, he charged 4x over for materials and labor and will not disclose his costs and markup nor negotiate those costs. He has turned to personal attacks on myself and will not discuss a resolution of this above issues.

    This is a person taking advantage on us , 

    how did we star he hire us to just , adjusting a door from hot tub area to the house . without my understanding he star talking with my guys (employees) about doing more work to the issue he had since this place was build, (water damage ) not only that but all wood under Neath of this door was complete roughen, framing, drywall and including outside siding, was damage, because he had a water leak for so many years , and he did this on purpose trying to get this work done for free the way this person is now , we being in this business for so long and we did give him a contract for the door but once again he when over my personal including treating so bad my guy's, calling them on their personal phones, saying to my guys that money was not and issue just do it and i will paid to you guys, all of the sudden we spend a month working for him being satisfy and also in agreement with us he star sending us money, with records by zelle showing $4,600.00 now he is actually saying that there is more but no proofs has being send to us yet
