    Terrible careless and downright nasty staff and management who only care about making money off of visitors/guests. They are unwelcoming upon arrival during check in process which takes a lot longer than typical campground or hotel. The grounds are primarily all loose gravel with many areas located on upper level sloped property making to hazardous to walk without slipping and potentially getting injured. That's exactly what happened when I was staying there in early summer of May 2022. I was attempting to walk DOWN to the restroom / shower facility when I suddenly lost my footing and fell resulting in a serious ankle / broken foot injury. The staff failed to come to my aid after I screamed out in pain & repeatedly yelled for "HELP"! Finally another camper heard me & called an ambulance for me, which took me to the local ER / Hospital. No one from management or staff acknowledged my injury or followed up to see how I was doing, as stated above: they are totally CARELESS about their guest relations! As a result of my terrible experience I would NEVER stay there again or recommend it to ANYONE!
