  We contracted with Ramos Construction to remodel/reconstruct our wrap-around cabin deck, carport, basement, and badly damaged driveway, a comprehensive list of work. The quality and service provided were outstanding as they were dependable, responsive, and provided quality workmanship with dedication to getting the project completed timely and on budget. This was not your standard home remodeling request, as a previous company had initiated construction on this project and unfortunately could not complete it due to shoddy work and failed inspections by the county. Ramos Construction came in and saved the day! ******* and his wife/business partner *********, along with their crew performed beyond our expectations to assure that what they constructed was exactly what we wanted, and in compliance with the original building permit. ******* and ********* were always cordial and accessible, and coordination of all aspects of the remodel was exemplary. The crew was well supervised, polite, and skilled. During construction, ******* was great: everything generally ran on time, we received timely updates and there were no major surprises. The craftsmanship was everything we hoped for and ******* and ********* followed up with us until every detail was perfect. During this project, the Ramos proved to be wonderful at listening to our needs, understanding our priorities and budget constraints, and communicating with us about our options. There were no surprises in the scope of the work or in the final billing. Multiple additions to the original scope of work were all organized and accounted for, again; no surprises. They did an outstanding job for us and are extremely trustworthy. The results are beautiful. We highly recommend Ramos Construction to anyone looking for a contractor who provides quality work at a fair price in the **************** area. **************************

  Ramos Construction has not only restored but improved our mountain home back to its original condition from extensive woodpecker damage From the first onsite conversation, we felt that Katherine and Rodolfo were the professionals we needed to remediate the damage. They were thorough and trustworthy. We felt confidence in their ability to perform a variety of needed repairs after walking the property and examining the siding and roofing issues. Rodolfo and his employees paid careful attention to detail and exceeded our expectations. We have referred them to neighbors and will employ them whenever we need any kind of construction work done on our mountain home. Bill and Paula above ***** *********
