    Won't return my calls after they took my deposit I worked with ****** to get an estimate for insulation installation in July.I paid an initial deposit in July and a second payment in early October for additional work. The deposit was supposed to get me a scheduled date for the work.They were very unresponsive to my requests for a start date for 5 weeks after they had the full deposit in October.they did not get back to me with a scheduled start date until the middle of November - the installation was to be the following week. On the phone with ******, I confirmed I was ready.They didn't show up on the scheduled date - with no notification to me. When I called them, they claimed it was a mixup and they thought I didn't want them to show up (which is ironic since they were so uncommunicative that I don't know how I could have communicated anything like that to them).I tried to work with them to reschedule the next day... but they also didn't show up that day. And only emailed me that they weren't coming 4 hours after they were supposed to arrive.At that point I requested a refund. And.. they continue to be unresponsive.At the end of December, they still have my deposit.So.. I'm looking to file in small claims court.. no insulation and I'm still out several thousand dollars.Consider burning your $20 bills instead of giving them to ******..

    I know most people come here to complain about bad service but this isn't one of those reviews. The crew at Eagle Insulation did an Amazing job on my house. We needed to get new insulation and we decided to try Eagle Insulation since they provide spray foam (which is so much better than other insulation types). These guys came out very professionally and got the job done quickly. They were not your typical crew smoking cigarettes and peeing in the bushes. They were the utmost professional, knew their trade, and my house is so much better insulated now. I highly recommend Eagle Insulation if you need new insulation.
