Mailed **** Priority Mail. Was told Mail Room charges a few dollars above **** for same shipping. Was shocked at $89.27 charge date 11-06, but unclear what actual charge by ****. Reviewed next day previous recent charges by **** about same shipment about same address about $55. $35 is not a few dollars more. Mail Room giving false claim on added charges. Mail Room checked shipment for valid charge, verified extra charge about $35 due to Mail Room processing.

Your price comparison does not appear accurate.  You are correct, however, that our postal prices are higher than at the post office, which we did inform you of at the time of transaction.  We hope that our superior service and convenience does provide the additional value our long loyal customers have come to appreciate, and we hope you will too.  Have a wonderful holiday.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: Comparison price is printed from ****, same location, same size, same round tube. True told your price a little higher about $2.00.  $30 is not $2. Will stay clear of your door and pass the word to check your price first and get quick exit.

    Regards,
