      We made a reservation in August 2024 for a ski trip for 13 people (6 adults, 7 children). Everything went fine during the reservation process online and I even have communication from Charley (employee) about our reservation. I get an email today (September 4th) saying that our reservation was canceled with ZERO explanation of why. We already have plane tickets purchased for our group as well as vehicles rented. We have tried to call the resort and have been hung up on or given the answer "I can't explain your reservation with you". Nobody will give us any explanation. It was not a mistake on our end that the listing was listed and that they are now wanting to change the prices of the listing. We just want our reservation to be honored.

      On the 4th of July holiday week my family and we staying in Purgatory resort for few days. My 3 year old, Wife and my self wanted to ride the attractions on the mountain so we purchased passes for the AM session on the 3rd. The lines were to long so we went back to the ticket office to switch them to PM with no problem. The ride required a height of 36" for my daughter or she had to ride with an adult. So we went up and rode together for her rides. When done with her rides I attempted to use my pass to use the rides purchased under my name. The staff was extremely rude and told me I already used my rides when I went with my daughter and to take it up with the ticket office. "Well you went up and came back down, Didn't you" was what they told me.
      *** was fondling(adjusting his junk) himself while also telling my wife that our 2 month was unable to ride the scenic chair lift while being secured in a proper carrying device to her chest. Basically we were unable use over half of what we paid for with our tickets.
      Returning to the ticket office I was told they will not give any refunds and that's just the way it is.

      I called to cancel my reservation ( #****) weeks in advance, in addition I did not sign the rental agreement form. The resort will not refund the amount of $218.80 and holding that amount as a resort credit. This is far outside the norm of the hotel industry especially when cancellation was done far in advance.

      We have refunded this guest and have attached the cancellation confirmation showing this refund.  I have also attached the guest signed rental agreement showing he agreed to our policies at time of booking.  Please let us know or if we can do anything else to resolve this issue.
