    Natalia Mandor is a client of Vail Home Care - a property management company handling her home.

    Vail Home Care, LLC is acting on the behalf of Natalia Mandor in this process.

    I am writing to request a refund in the amount of $2,500 for services and parts that were paid for but not rendered by Specialized Pool and Spa. Your company was contracted in December 2021 to fix her hot tub, and a deposit of $2,500 was made for the service (see attached check #2148 written on 12/8/2021).

    However, after the deposit was made, your company was unable to obtain the necessary part needed to complete the repair. As a result, the agreement for the repair services was canceled, and the work was not completed. Despite repeated attempts to contact your company, she has not received a refund for the deposit made.

    The last correspondence we have between you and Natalia Mandor was on Sept 1, 2022, when you agreed to refund $2500 and asked Emily McColley for the mailing address to send the check.

    Attached is the check deposited by Specialized Pool & Spa, and a screenshot of your emails agreeing to the refund along with an email asking for the address to mail a check.

    I hope we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. I kindly request that you refund the full amount of $2500 as soon as possible.
